A cinema built in 1961, one of Ljubljana's first modernist buildings, reborn in 2009 as the Centre for Urban Culture. Katedrala is its main hall — 743 square metres under a high ceiling, room for over 900 people, and a sound system built for riders, not compromises.

The name fits. The hall has the proportions of a nave and the acoustics of something designed with intent. Wherever you stand, the stage feels close — a rare quality in a room this size.

For Endemit, Katedrala is the largest stage we've organized on and the most prestigious room in the city. A place where Slovenia's underground meets proper infrastructure: sound, full production, and a building that has hosted the most relevant names in contemporary music for over fifteen years.

When we bring techno into Katedrala, the modernist shell does half the work. The rest is ours.
