Right to Withdrawal

1. General Information

In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive and Slovenian consumer protection laws, consumers have specific rights to cancel certain purchases.

2. Right of Withdrawal for Physical Products

2.1 14-Day Withdrawal Period
If you are a consumer (purchasing for personal, non-commercial use), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of physical products within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day:

• You (or a third party you designate, other than the carrier) receive the goods
• For multiple items ordered together but delivered separately: you receive the last item
• For goods delivered in multiple lots or pieces: you receive the last lot or piece

2.2 How to Exercise Your Right
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You can:

Your statement should include:

• Your name and contact details
• Order number and date of purchase
• Description of the product(s) you wish to return
• Clear statement of your intention to withdraw

2.3 Withdrawal Deadline
To meet the withdrawal deadline, you must send your withdrawal notification before the 14-day period expires.

3. Effects of Withdrawal

3.1 Refunds
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery we offer).

3.2 Refund Timing
We will process your refund within 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notification. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or until you provide proof of return, whichever is earlier.

3.3 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

3.4 Return of Goods
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicated your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

3.5 Return Costs
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we agreed to cover them.

3.6 Condition of Returned Goods
You are only liable for diminished value of goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging when possible.

4. Exclusions - No Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU law, the right of withdrawal does NOT apply to:

4.1 Digital Content (Tickets and Downloads)
You explicitly waive your right of withdrawal for digital content (event tickets, digital album downloads) that is delivered immediately upon purchase. By completing your purchase, you:

• Acknowledge that digital content will be delivered immediately
• Expressly consent to immediate delivery
• Acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon delivery

4.2 Services Fully Performed
Services (including access to events) if performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed.

4.3 Sealed Goods Unsealed
Goods sealed for health or hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery.

4.4 Custom or Personalized Goods
Goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
