These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Endemit e-commerce platform and the purchase of products, tickets, merchandise, and digital content offered by:

By making a purchase on our platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases on our platform. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
3. Products and Services
We offer the following through our platform:
- Event tickets (digital, non-refundable)
- Physical merchandise and products
- Digital downloads (music, content)
- Other cultural products
4. Ordering and Payment
4.1 Order Process
When you place an order, you make a binding offer to purchase. We will send you an order confirmation by email, which constitutes acceptance of your offer.
4.2 Payment
We accept credit card payments processed through Stripe. Payment is due immediately upon order placement. Orders are processed only after successful payment.
4.3 Pricing
All prices are in EUR and are final. As Kulturno društvo Endemit is not registered for VAT purposes, no VAT is charged on our products and services. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
5. Digital Products (Tickets and Downloads)
5.1 Non-Refundable
Digital tickets and downloads are non-refundable once purchased and delivered. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal for digital content delivered immediately.
5.2 Delivery
Digital products are delivered via email to the address provided during purchase. You are responsible for ensuring your email address is correct.
5.3 Event Changes
If we cancel or significantly reschedule an event, we will offer rescheduled dates. Tickets remain valid for the rescheduled event.
6. Physical Products
6.1 Shipping
We ship physical products internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are visible in the checkout process.
6.2 Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout but are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers.
6.3 Risk Transfer
Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.
7. Right of Withdrawal (Physical Products Only)
For physical products, EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. See our separate "Right to Withdrawal" document for details.
8. Liability
8.1 Our Liability
We are liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty. Liability for slight negligence is limited to foreseeable, typically occurring damages.
8.2 Your Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our platform, including text, images, logos, and digital products, is protected by copyright and owned by Kulturno društvo Endemit or our licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
10. Data Protection
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
11. Dispute Resolution
11.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Slovenian law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
11.2 Jurisdiction
For disputes with consumers, the legally prescribed jurisdiction applies. For disputes with merchants, the place of jurisdiction is Ravne na Koroškem, Slovenia.
11.3 Online Dispute Resolution
EU consumers can use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Changes will be communicated via email or on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
