Dawn is breaking over the Drava River, the first light piercing through the morning mist and thick layers of smoke as we honour a decade of gatherings at our sacred ground. Ed Davenport is about to close the first day of Endemit X Festival, the moment, place, and the artist aligning perfectly for the night’s final act. The sound transcends, and the music materialises on the dancefloor.

In summer 2024, the British producer and DJ brought his signature, detailed, explorative sound to our deep Carinthian forests. From his foundational work on Ostgut Ton and its A-TON imprint to releases on Figure, Infrastructure, and his own Counterchange and Globuli label, Ed's record attests his talent, determination, and precision. But his Endemit X set speaks of something entirely different: of friendship and growth, of the singularity a perfect sunrise can generate in an unparalleled setting, when surrounded by family.
