Code of conduct

Our Commitment

Endemit is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment where everyone can enjoy the music and community. This Code of Conduct applies to all attendees, artists, staff, volunteers, and anyone present at our events.

Expected Behavior

Respect & Kindness

  • Treat everyone with dignity, kindness, and respect regardless of race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, ability, appearance, or background
  • Respect personal boundaries and space at all times
  • Ask for explicit consent before physical contact, including hugging, touching, or taking photos
  • Be mindful of the volume and content of your conversations
  • Support fellow attendees who may need assistance

Safety First

  • Look out for one another - if you see someone in distress, alert security or staff immediately
  • Stay hydrated and take breaks when needed
  • Be aware of your surroundings and personal limits
  • Report any safety concerns to staff promptly
  • Be mindful of protecting your hearing and use noise suppressants when needed
  • If you see something, say something

Substance Awareness

  • We operate in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Do not share, sell, or distribute any substances on the premises
  • If you or someone else requires medical attention, seek help immediately without fear - our priority is health and safety
  • Medical amnesty: We will not involve law enforcement for individuals seeking medical help for substance-related emergencies
